December 3

A purse, identity documents, credit card, money and sunglasses were reported stolen from a black 2016 Cadillac Escalade in the 1300 Vistawood Drive, totaling $470 in loss.

Harassment was reported in the 700 block of North Main Street.

Identity theft was reported in the 600 block of Blueberry Hill Lane.

Consumable goods were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Amber Dawn Lawson was arrested for shoplifting in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Angel Christine Kiss was arrested for shoplifting in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Abree Cymone Glover was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years old in the 1900 block of US 287.

Carla Ovregon and Daisy Ovregon were arrested for theft in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

December 4

Juan Manuel Tolentino Merida was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 1500 block of Country Club Drive.

Joshua King Lewis was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 2300 block of Matlock Road.

Batteries were reported stolen in the 100 block of Circle Park Court, totaling $13 in loss.

Thomas Michael Lenz was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 100 block of East Debbie Lane.

Samson Fitchett was arrested for driving while intoxicated – second offense in the 1700 block of Country Club Drive.

December 5

Nehemiah J. D. Jackson was arrested for continuous violence against the family in the 500 block of East Bear Creek Road.

Maxwell Reed Van Houten was arrested for theft in the 1600 block of Heritage Parkway.

Carmelo Alberto Perez was arrested for theft with two or more previous convictions in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

A concrete retaining wall was damaged by graffiti in the 3100 block of East Broad Street.

December 6

Zakee Christopher Hood was arrested for criminal trespass in the 500 block of Texas 360.

Window blinds, a metal bed frame, paint, a toilet seat, dry wall, a curtain rod and a wine glass were damaged in criminal mischief in the 1700 block of East Debbie Lane, totaling $1,300 in loss.

A stolen vehicle was recovered in the 900 block of East Ovilla Road in Red Oak.

V8, a gallon of Oak Farm water, a gallon of Fresh Find, iced sparkling water and popcorn were damaged in criminal mischief in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive, totaling $16.19 in loss.

A window was damaged in criminal mischief in the 1200 block of North Main Street, totaling $750 in loss.

Consumable goods were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

December 7

David Zachery Clark was arrested for continuous violence against the family in the 1100 block of Kilpatrick Street.

Harassment was reported in the 800 block of Twin Creek Drive.

Stephanie Shea Davis was arrested for forfeiture of bond for possession of controlled substance in the 1400 block of US 287.

Cynthia A. Mahofski was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 900 block of Turner Warnell Road.

Billy Wayne Ebarb was arrested for duty on striking fixture in the 1600 block of FM 157.

December 8

Two stolen vehicles were recovered in the 3700 block of East Broad Street.

Robyn Lynn James was arrested for theft of mail in the 800 block of Skylark Drive.

Shelby Edward Loyd was arrested for sexual abuse of a child in the 1600 block of Heritage Parkway.

December 9

Michael Aaron Pollard was arrested for driving while intoxicated/open container – second offense in the 1100 block of FM 917.

Charles Joes Thompson was arrested for a parole violation in the 1900 block of Gertie Barrett Road.
