Halloween decorations were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Forcible entry was reported and tools were reported stolen in the 1600 block of Towne Crossing Boulevard, totaling $4,450 in loss.

Alaa B Aljabri was arrested for driving while intoxicated – third or more offense – in the 200 block of North Creekwood Drive.

September 27

Darwin Tavon Collins was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 1000 block of Stell Avenue.

Forgery was reported in the 5100 block of Crestwater Drive.

Billy Lake Barrow was arrested for a parole violation in the 1600 block of Fern Drive.

A Mongoose bicycle was reported stolen in the 400 block of Texas 360, totaling $675 in loss.

A Snap On welding helmet, electrical tester, two Motorola chargers, wrench set, boots, two prescription glasses, DeWalt battery charger, pack of DeWalt batteries, UnderArmour coat and cable covers were reported stolen from a blue 2008 Ford F350 in the 200 block of US 287, totaling $2,890 in loss.

A catalytic onverter and license plate were reported stolen and a white 2006 Chevrolet box truck was damaged in the 1400 block of JR Hawkins Road, totaling $300 in loss.

Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon was reported in the 2000 block of US 287.

A women’s Coach wallet, Navy Federal Credit Union debit card, Texas driver’s license, groceries, money and a cash app card were reported stolen and the driver’s side door handle was damaged on a gray 2011 Ford F250 in the 3300 block of East Broad Street, totaling $849.37 in loss.

Justin Allen Ragsdale was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 1000 block of Breezy Oaks Drive.

September 28

Victor Martinez was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 2400 block of Gertie Barrett Road.

A Topcon QS Total Station, two Dell laptops, software docking station, laptop case and tool kit were reported stolen from a maroon 2015 Ford F250 in the 1100 block of North Walnut Creek Drive, totaling $22,700 in loss.

A black 2011 Ford F350 was burglarized in the 1500 block of US 287.

William K. Moore was arrested for possession of child pornography in the 1400 block of Samuel Street.

Sabrina J. Smith was arrested for refusal to submit to testing in the 1400 block of Samuel Street.

Nena Renay Pounds was arrested for theft in the 3100 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.
