Texas Health Resources has placed No. 3 in Fortune's Best Workplaces in Health Care 2023 and ranked top in the state.
This is the ninth year in a row that Texas Health makes the list. The analysis, which is compiled by Great Place To Work and Fortune magazine, highlights Texas Health’s efforts to foster an environment that supports employees’ work and well-being.
“We are proud to be recognized for building an organization that promotes the successes and best work of our team members,” said Carla Dawson, chief people officer at Texas Health. “We nurture collaboration, respect, empathy and integrity – professional traits that help build a strong work culture.”
The Best Workplaces award is based on an analysis of survey responses from over 208,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified companies in the healthcare industry.
Texas Health maintains a strong working environment for more than 28,000 employees who serve and care for patients in a 16-county area of North Texas.
