January 26

John Clinton Wheeler was arrested for assault in the 400 block of Chimney Hill.

January 27

Rusty Lynn Ireland was arrested for driving with license invalid in the 1200 block of North Main Street.

Lorenzo Elbert was arrested for criminal trespass in the 2000 block of Bent Creek Way.

Luis Angel Luevano Flores was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 1600 block of East Broad Street.

Grocery items were reported stolen in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive, totaling $284.46 in loss.

Justin Ellis-Amir Garrett was arrested for assault of a pregnant person in the 400 block of Texas 360.

Julia Marie Sharpshair was arrested for theft in the 100 block of US 287.

Albaro Bikesy Nunez was arrested for tampering with a government document in the 100 block of US 287.

Eboni Marshall was arrested for theft in the 1800 block of Walnut Hills Lane.

January 28

James Charles Saldana was arrested for fraudulent use/possession of identifying information in the 500 block of Turner Warnell Road.

A license plate was reported stolen in the 400 block of South Main Street.

A Bank of America debit card was reported stolen in the 100 block of US 287.

Identity theft was reported in the 100 block of Whispering Bend Court.

January 29

An Apple Macbook Pro, Apple iPad, Apple Air Pod Pros, Spray Ground backpack and a black t-shirt were reported stolen in the 3800 block of East Broad Street, totaling $1,260 in loss.

Angle Lynn McHenry was arrested for theft with two or more convictions in the 900 block of Washington Avenue.

Marissa Nicole Witkop was arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child in the 1600 block of May Street.

A teddy bear, blanket, two 12-packs of Red Bull, Monster Energy drinks and Gatorade were reported stolen in the 3100 block of East Broad Street, totaling $366.80 in loss.

An Everstart Platinum battery was reported stolen in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive, totaling $179.84 in loss.

Jose Guzman Suarez was arrested for a collision involving damage to a vehicle in the 1600 block of Watson Drive.

January 30

Braylon Demarcos Smither was arrested for public intoxication in the 2800 block of Matlock Road.

Benjamin Winston Meier was arrested for assault in the 1700 block of Towne Crossing Boulevard.

John Taylor Mason was arrested for assault in the 2300 block of Ragland Road.

Oluwafemi Oluwatoyin Oyewole was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 2200 block of Matlock Road.
