Landscaping was damaged in criminal mischief in the 2200 block of FM 1187, totaling $1,000 in loss.

Harry Joseph Pete was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Miscellaneous store items were reported stolen in the 100 block of US 287, totaling $264.98 in loss.

Kelsey Lynn Brewer was arrested for assault in the 300 block of Watson Branch Lane.

March 11

Barrett Dale Weaver was arrested for driving while intoxicated – second offense in the 2400 block of US 287.

Jerry Brian Shaw was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 300 block of Belknap street.

Cardboard pallet recycling was reported stolen in the 3100 block of East Broad Street, totaling $24,000 in loss.

Money was reported stolen in the 800 block of Texas 360, totaling $50,000 in loss.

Identity theft was reported in the 2900 block of Claremont Drive.

Cosmetics, household goods and consumable goods were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Elbert Ray Powell was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 2000 block of FM 157.

Robert Ray Cantrell was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 100 block of Walnut Street.

Darrlyn Denise Carter was arrested for theft with two or more previous convictions in the 1500 block of East Broad Street.

Money and identity were reported stolen in the 3000 block of Scenic Glen Drive, totaling $1,000 in loss.

A door was damaged during burglary of a habitation in the 2200 block of Bent Creek Court, totaling $3,000 in loss.
