The Mansfield Business Alliance has announced the recipients of the inaugural Mansfield 40 Under 40 Award, recognizing the outstanding achievements and leadership of young professionals across various industries in the community. This prestigious recognition highlights individuals under the age of 40 who have made significant impacts in their fields, demonstrated exceptional innovation and have shown commitment to community development.
The Mansfield 40 Under 40 Award aims to celebrate individuals who are shaping the future of Mansfield and beyond, excelling in business, education, healthcare, technology, nonprofit work and many other sectors. This year’s honorees were chosen from a competitive pool of candidates based on their career accomplishments, leadership qualities and contributions to their industries and local communities.
“We are thrilled to spotlight this impressive group of young professionals who are driving change and making Mansfield a stronger, more vibrant place,” said Joe Jenkins, Board Chair of the Mansfield Business Alliance. “Their achievements speak volumes about the dynamic talent in our community, and we are excited to see their continued success and leadership as they influence the next generation.”
This year’s recipients are leaders who not only excel in their respective careers but also dedicate their time and efforts to improving the community through volunteerism, mentorship, and innovation. From entrepreneurs launching groundbreaking businesses to professionals advancing their industries with cutting-edge ideas, the 40 Under 40 Award showcases a diverse group of rising stars making a lasting impact.

The city’s 76,247 citizens enjoy an award-winning school district, vibrant economy, historic downtown, prize-winning park system and community focus spread across 37 square miles. The Mansfield Record is dedicated to reporting city and school news, community happenings, police and fire news, business, food and restaurants, parks and recreation, library, historical archives and special events. The city’s only online newspaper launched in September 2020 and will offer introductory advertising rates for the first three months at three different rates.
