Since 2013, Mansfield ISD has honored its best athletes, teams, coaches and volunteers with a final accolade – induction into the MISD Hall of Honor.

“The Mansfield ISD Athletic Hall of Honor is one Mansfield ISD’s greatest traditions,” said Jerod Womack, executive director of athletics for the Mansfield ISD. “The Hall of Honor recognizes former coaches, volunteers, teams and student athletes who have had a lasting impact on the MISD Athletic department and beyond."

Inductees are honored at a reception in the fall, then a plaque with their photo and biography is hung in the Community Room at Vernon Newsom Stadium.
