A steering column and window were damaged and a USB cord was stolen from a black 2012 Kia Forte in the 400 block of South Main Street, totaling $460 in loss.
A Bible with a zipper was stolen and recovered from a red 2020 Toyota in the 100 block of North 2nd Avenue.
Uriel Dominguez Orozco was arrested for driving with license invalid with a previous conviction in the 1200 block of FM 1187.
Engaging in organized criminal activity was reported in the 3800 block of US 287.
Justin Lee Smith was arrested for evading arrest in the 3800 block of US 287.
Amanda Dawn Patterson was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 3800 block of US 287.

Joaquin Alejandro Palacios was arrested for fraudulent use of possession of identifying information in the 4900 block of River Oaks Boulevard.
Tampering with a government record was reported in the 200 block of Texas 360.
Four 12-packs of Monster energy drinks, five 12-packs of Red Bull energy drinks, a 24-pack of Ozarka water, a watermelon fruit cup and a chunk pineapple cup were reported stolen in the 3100 block of East Broad Street, totaling $54.95 in loss.
Household goods were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.
Brittany Michelle Wesley was arrested for tampering with a government record in the 200 block of Texas 360.
