Mansfield homeowners will see the same tax rate as the previous two years on the school district portion of their property tax bill.
The Mansfield ISD school board voted to adopt a tax rate of $1.1469 per $100 of assessed property value for 2026. The rate includes 78.69 cents for maintenance and 36 cents for interest and sinking fund.
The school district has maintained the same rate since 2024.
