Mansfield Police Report

August 30

Uriel Dominguez Orozco was arrested for engaging in organized criminal activity in the 300 block of West Belknap Street.

A license plate was  seized and a license plate was reported stolen from a red 2018 Toyota Camry in the 1700 block of East Debbie Lane, totaling $75.76 in loss.

Credit card abuse was reported in the 1100 block of Tremont Street, totaling $1,000 in loss.

A canine bite was reported in the 400 block of Mesquite Drive/Lone Star Road.

A black Schwinn bicycle was reported stolen in the 1300 block of East Debbie Lane, totaling $200 in loss.

A glass door was damaged in criminal mischief in the 3100 block of East Broad Street, totaling $500 in loss.

A gold 2018 Honda Accord was stolen and recovered in the 100 block of Industrial Drive.

August 31

Miguel Angel Ramirez was arrested for criminal mischief in the 2800 block of Heritage Parkway.

Fencing was damaged in criminal mischief in the 2000 block of FM 1187, totaling $100 in loss.

A Social Security card, tote, Texas driver’s license and Wells Fargo debit card were reported stolen and a window on a red 2023 Toyota Corolla was damaged in the 1700 block of North Holland Road, totaling $275 in loss.

A window was damaged on a silver 2013 Ford Escape in the 900 block of North Holland Road, totaling $700 in loss.

Joseph Ntungwen Formusoh was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 1500 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

A gray 1985 Ford F150 was reported stolen in the 100 block of Smith Street, totaling $5,600 in loss.

Derek Alexander Hegna was arrested for assault in the 4700 block of University Boulevard.

September 1

Assault was reported in the 300 block of Dover Heights Trail.

Matthew Joseph Taylor was arrested for continuous violence against the family in the 100 block of East Debbie Lane.

A black 20-foot trailer was reported stolen in the 800 block of West Kennedale Parkway, totaling $20,000 in loss.

Toys, computer hardware/software and health/beauty products were stolen and recovered in the 1800 block of US 287.

September 2

Kamrin Austin McGuire was arrested for alcohol consumption by a minor in the 400 block of Rock Meadow Trail.

A driver’s license, US passport and two debit cards were reported stolen from a white 2025 Chevrolet Trax in the 1600 block of East Debbie Lane.

Freddie Lee Tigner was arrested for theft with two or more previous convictions in the 300 block of North O’Connor Road.

Gustavo Diaz was arrested for contempt of court/non child support payment in the 500 block of US 287.

Kinta Donnell Rose was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 1800 block of Texas 360.

September 3

A monitor and DVR were reported stolen in the 700 block of East Broad Street, totaling $1,200 in loss.

Lonl Michael Tigner was arrested for theft with two or more convictions and criminal trespass in the 100 block of North Riverfront Boulevard.

Jose Israel Melgar was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 2200 block of East Broad Street.

Jewelry was reported stolen in the 1800 block of US 287, totaling $6,662 in loss.

Two taillights were stolen from a brown 2015 Ford F150 in the 3200 block of Matlock Road, totaling $400 in loss.

Troy Michael Federico was arrested for criminal trespass in the 100 block of Thousand Oaks Drive.

Terroristic threat was reported in the 300 block of South Waxahachie Street.

A Bank of America debit card was reported stolen in the 4100 block of Waterford Glen Drive.

An iPhone 14 Pro Max, two Slate credit cards, Chase debit card, Kohl’s credit card, Social Security number, Academy credit card and Home Depot gift card were reported stolen from a silver 2018 Honda Civic in the 1700 block of Newcastle Drive, totaling $1,500 in loss.

September 4

Gary Price Martin was arrested for burglary of a building in the 100 block of Tanager Court.

Freeman Bryant Jr. was arrested for theft with two or more previous convictions in the 1400 block of Botham Jean Boulevard.

Consumable goods and photo/optical equipment were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Terroristic threat was reported in the 700 block of East Broad Street.

Assault was reported in the 400 block of Chimney Hill Circle.

A Fuji instant camera and instant film were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Heather Marie Lloyd was arrested for theft in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Emmitt Don Gillaspy was arrested for theft with two or more previous convictions in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Dawn Marie Hand was arrested for public intoxication in the 500 block of Klein Tools Boulevard.

September 5

Teauna S. Henderson was arrested for theft in the 1200 block of Dove Haven Drive.

Food items, clothing and miscellaneous items were stolen and recovered in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Erica Jane Moisan was arrested for public intoxication in the 100 block of West Debbie Lane.

Allyson Satterwhite was arrested for failure to identify a fugitive in the 700 block of West Debbie Lane.

Marquashi Nekila Ross was arrested for theft in the 900 block of North Walnut Creek Drive.

Jett James Forrest was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 900 block of Colby Drive.

September 6

Eapen Cherian was arrested for driving while intoxicated – third or more in the 300 block of US 287.

Jennifer Day Thomas was arrested for possession of a controlled substance in the 1500 block of FM 157.

Jeffrey M. Valkanoff was arrested for offensive/provocative contact in the 600 block of West Debbie Lane.
