Foster Diaries Book Launch

Hear from Jack Crowder, the transcriber and editor of The Private Thoughts of a Traveling Preacher's Wife, starting at 6 p.m. at the Man House Museum, 604 W. Broad St. This book includes the journals of Louisa Foster, who came to Texas as a child with the Old Three Hundred, who were the first settlers brought to Texas by Stephen F. Austin. This book will be available for purchase at the event. All proceeds will go to the Mansfield Historical Society towards the restoration of the Historic Demonstration Cabin. Admission is free.
