The Mansfield Veteran's Memorial Foundation and the City of Mansfield will bring the Vietnam Memorial Traveling Tribute to the Shops at Broad, starting at 9 a.m. The Vietnam War Memorial Wall will be up through Nov. 10 at the Shops at Broad, 1574 E. Broad St. Free.
