Kids with special needs or activity limitations can visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus from 5-8 p.m. at City Hall, 1200 E. Broad St. There will be a quiet waiting room with tables and chairs, so no standing in long lines before a one-on-one visit. For kids ages 2-19. Free.
