The Mansfield Police Department will collect capsules, patches, tablets and other forms of prescription drugs from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. for DEA National Prescription Drug Take Back Day at four locations: Tom Thumb, 980 US 287, Methodist Mansfield Medical Center, 2700 E. Broad St.; Market Street Pharmacy, 3145 E. Broad St.; and CVS Pharmacy, 2200 Matlock Road.
